The International Hostel "Madhumaas" at ICAR-IARI was inaugurated by Narendra Singh Tomar, the Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare. The new premises of the Canteen Store Department (CSD) Depot in Ambala were constructed by Dedicated Freight Corridor India Limited, under the Railway Ministry, in exchange for the land of the old CSD depot. The inauguration of the new premises was done by Raksha Rajya Mantri Shri Ajay Bhatt.
