All is not an article determiner. It is an indefinite numeral determiner.

• Universal determiner: All, Both
• Demonstrative determiner: This, That, Those, These
• Possessive determiner: They are my, your, his, her, its, our, their. 
• Multipliers determiner: Double, Triple etc
• Numerals determiner: One, Two etc
• Articles determiner: A, An, The

Hence, we conclude that adjectives are not fallen under the category of determiners

My is used before singular and plural nouns to indicate possession.

Two is a definite numerical determiner.

Some is generally used in affirmative sentences.

Some is used to indicate an indefinite quantity.

Ordinal numbers like first, second, third, etc. refer to the position of something in a series.
