Father and mother are our parents. Parents work hard and make sacrifices to ensure we get all the necessary resources. 

Brothers and sisters are your siblings. The word sibling is reserved for children of the same parent or parents.

Our father’s father is called our grandfather. Grandfathers love and nurture their grandchild

Our mother’s mother is our grandmother. Grandmothers provide maturity, knowledge, stability, and unconditional love to the lives of their grandchildren.

Our father’s or mother’s brother is our Uncle. Uncles are part of our extended family and help the family whenever we are in need.

Our father’s mother is our grandmother from our father's side. 

Our mother’s father is our grandfather from our mother's side. In India, we call him Nana Ji. He is there to help us anytime we need.

Our father’s or mother’s sister is our Aunt. She is part of our extended family. 

Our uncle or aunt’s children are our Cousins. We play with our cousins and have fun with them. 

Family members love, respect, and care for each other.
