Desert lands with extremely low temperatures are called cold deserts like Antarctica, which is the largest cold desert in the world. Ladakh in India is a cold desert that lies in the Great Himalayas on the eastern side of Jammu and Kashmir. It is also known as Khapa-chan, which means snow land.

The key distinctions between the two locations are their geographical position, climate, and crops. Both areas' art and culture can be used to distinguish them. They also converse in several other languages. Kerala lies in the south, whereas Ladakh is in the north.

Despite of all differences, we should stand together in unity as India upholds the values of integrity and secularism.

Inequality comes when people doesn't have opportunities or resources that are available to others.

The climate in Ladakh is very cold so the water of ponds, and rivers freezes and becomes snow.

Ladakh India produces the finest Pashmina (Cashmere) wool in the world, coming from the Changthang plateau of Ladakh region of J&K State. Pashmina wool is produced by Changra (Pashmina) goat in Ladakh and Chegu breed of goat in the eastern parts of Himalayas.

A dzo is a hybrid between the yak and domestic cow. The word dzo technically refers to a male hybrid, while a female is known as a dzomo or zoom. In Mongolian it is called king.

The cultural diversity refers to differences among people because of their racial or ethnic backgrounds, language, dress and traditions.

Buddhism reached Tibet from India via Ladakh, leaving a large impression within the artist heritage of the country. Within Ladakh both the Islam and Buddhist are practiced and visually represented through the architecture of either the mosque or gompa.
