Test: Light and shadow

In the morning, when the sun rises in the east, your shadow will be seen on the west, i.e. on the opposite side. In the morning time sun rises in east. The principal of shadow is the shadow form behind the object when the light come from the direction east then the shadow form behind west direction.

Eyes alone cannot see any object. It is only when light from an object enters our eyes that we see the object. Light may have been emitted by the object, or it may have been reflected.

The Sun is the major source of light for the earth. The sun is a massive ball of fire, at the center of which nuclear fusion produces massive energy.

The Sun is our nearest star. The Sun provides us with light and heat. It also gives out dangerous ultraviolet light which causes sunburn and may cause cancer. 

Translucent objects allow light to pass through them but they distort it. Example: frosted or stained glass. Opaque objects do not allow light to pass through them.

At the point when the earth faces the sun during its rotation, the vitality from the sun gives us light and warmth. The moon has a circle around the earth and we can see it during the night. The moon sparkles since its surface reflects light from the sun.

Shadows are longest in the early morning and late afternoon/early evening when the sun appears low in the sky. As the Earth rotates on its axis, the sun hits each location in the morning at an angle. This becomes more vertical as the sun appears to pass more directly overhead around noon.

An oil lamp is an object used to produce light continuously for a period of time using an oil-based fuel source. The use of oil lamps began thousands of years ago and continues to this day, although their use is less common in modern times.

A shadow is light blocked by an object. The object can block all or part of the light. Shadows change size based on how close they are to the light source.

A ball is a round object with various uses. It is used in ball games, where the play of the game follows the state of the ball as it is hit, kicked or thrown by players. Balls can also be used for simpler activities, such as catch or juggling.
