Simple Past Passive voice is :
He was not helped by anybody.

When we convert an active sentence in the simple past tense into the passive voice, we use the verb 'was/were + past participle'. 'Was' is used when the subject is a singular noun or pronoun.
So the answer is, 'I was never sent the bill'.

Passive voice will be :

The students converted each sentence to passive.

- To convert an active sentence into passive voice, the object of the active sentence becomes the subject of the passive sentence.
- The sentence "The company executive promoted John" is in active voice.
- In passive voice, the focus is on John, who is receiving the action.
- The simple past passive form is constructed as: Subject + was/were + past participle + (by Agent).
- Therefore, the sentence becomes: "John was promoted by the company executive."

The simple past passive voice is : The whole town was shaken by yesterday's earthquake.

This speech was not taken seriously by Herman.
