An article is a type of determiner that
comes before a noun to show whether the
noun is specific or general.
     1. A/An: Used for singular, general nouns
The definite article is t h e, and the indefinite
articles are a and a n. 
       2. The: Used for specific nouns.
       E x :- the sun, the book you read yesterday
      A before consonant sounds;
      An before vowel sounds.
      Ex:- a cat, an apple is lying on the table

points to a specific noun and shows
whether it is near or far from the speaker. 
     1. This/That: Singular nouns.
    Ex:- This book (near), That book (far)
Demonstrative determiners include
determiners such as 'this', 'that', 'these' and
'those'. 
       2. These/Those: Plural nouns.
       Ex:- These books (near), Those books (far)
