Yes it is right
apoorva I hope you know basic composition of blood in blood= plasma + blood cells(RBC, WBC, platlet)
and if you know composition of plasma it is water+ proteins ( fibrinogen , albumin ) but proteins constitute only some % so basically plasma is water and water is liquid .
so read my words carefully if you subtract plasma from blood ,blood will no longer posses liquid nature as blood cell are solid.Ok
and if you why not serum ,it is so because serum is blood - clotting factors so it posses blood cells so it is not fluid
and hematocrit is blood test of RBC so it doesn't make any sense for bloods liquid nature .
