Over riding commission is given on excess amount over actual invoice price
for instance. consignee sent goods worth 80000 at an invoice price of 100000 which is sold for 1 10 000 consignee is all owed 20% over riding commission
so 110000-100000=10000×20/100= 2000

if consignee have given the right to sell good on credit by consignor there is the possibility of bad debt in such case this loss is borne by consignor.in case consignee undertake the responsibility for collecting the debt and to bear the loss of bad debtor in such case he will receive additional commission at certain rate which is delcrader commission

this commission is also calculated on total sale in the absence of any clear information
