AB work together in=10 days

therefore, in 1 day they work =1/10part

A along can do same work in = 15 days

therefore, in 15 day A can work =1/15 part

hence B can do same work in=??

Sol: A and B together work in 10 days

(A+B)'s one day work = 1/10 part

A's one day work = 1/15 part

work done by B in a day =

= 1/10- 1/15

= 3-2/30

= 1/30 part

Ans: Alone work done by B is 30 days

(A+B)'s one day work = 1/10 part

A's one day work = 1/15 part

work done by B in a day =

(a+b) 1 day = 1/10

a alone = 1/15

b =?

b= 1/10 - 1/15

b =1/10*3-1/15*3 (eqvivalent)

b = 3/30-2/30

b= 1/30

So,

b alone would take 30 days

a alone = 1/15

b =?

b= 1/10 - 1/15

b =1/10*3-1/15*3 (eqvivalent)

b = 3/30-2/30

b= 1/30

So,

b alone would take 30 days

A and B one day work= 1/10

A's one day work= 1/15

B's one day work= 1/10 - 1/15

= 3 - 2/30

= 1/30

# B can do that work in 30 Days.

A's one day work= 1/15

B's one day work= 1/10 - 1/15

= 3 - 2/30

= 1/30

n 10 days A + B can so = 1 work

In 1 day A+B can do = 1/10 work

In 15 days A can do = 1 work

In 1 day A can do = 1/15 work

Let in x days B can do = 1 work

so in 1day B can do 1/x work

In 1 day A+B can do = 1/10 work

1/15 + 1/x = 1/10

1/x = 1/10 - 1/15

1/x = 1/30

x = 30

Hence B can finish the work in 30 days

A and B can do a piece of work in 10 days.

Therefore A and B together can do 1/10 of work in one day.

A + B = 1/10…Eq..1

A alone can complete this work in 15 days. Thus A alone can do this work in 1/15.

Substituting the value of work done by A in Eq..1

A + B = 1/10

1/15 + B = 1/10

B = 1/10 - 1/15

B = (3 - 2)/30

B = 1/30

Thus, B can accomplish 1/30 of work in one day.

Accordingly, B alone could complete this work in 30 days.

Answer B alone could complete this work in 30 days

If A and B take 10 days to complete 1 work

so A and B take 1 day to complete 1/10 work

A alone take 15 days to complete 1 work

so A take 1 days to complete 1/15 work

so B take 1 day to complete 1/10-1/15=1/30

if 1/30 work B can do in 1 day

so 1 work complete in 1÷1/30=30 days

so A and B take 1 day to complete 1/10 work

A alone take 15 days to complete 1 work

so A take 1 days to complete 1/15 work

so B take 1 day to complete 1/10-1/15=1/30

A and B together do the work in 10 days

it means A's+B's one day work = 1/10

given that A alone can do work in 15 days

it means A's one day work= 1/15

so B's one day work= 1/10 - 1/15 = 1/30

B's one day work=1/30

so time taken by B to complete whole work will be 30 days

it means A's+B's one day work = 1/10

given that A alone can do work in 15 days

it means A's one day work= 1/15

so B's one day work= 1/10 - 1/15 = 1/30

B's one day work=1/30

so time taken by B to complete whole work will be 30 days
