Yes because it is a single celled organism and if it's cell would have membrane it would not be possible for it to take in nitrogen and to convert it into a consumable nitrogen because nitrogen can't pass through membrane

Ribosome is the correct answer because it is the smallest cell organelles present in the cell.

Because other Cell organelles like Lysosome (Membrane made of lipoprotein) , Golgi Body (3-20 flattened mebranous sac called cisterns) and Nucleus( it also have nuclear envelope of karyotheca) have membranes .

Ribosomes lack the unit membrane . They are present individually in the cell cytoplasm and make the lining of the rough endoplasmic reticulum. Nucleolus lacks a unit membrane. They have genetic materials in the nucleus which consists of RAN, DNA, proteins etc.

Ribosomes are commonly known as the protein factories of cells and they lack membraneous covering. The ribosomes consist of two subunits; larger subunit and smaller subunit. These subunits join together only at the time of protein synthesis and are composed of ribonucleo proteins(RNP's). Since, ribosomes represent temporary association of two subunits at the time of translation(protein synthesis), they lack membraneous covering.

Correct answer is option 'A'

Ribosomes are unique structures that translate the DNA code via messenger RNA (mRNA) into actual proteins that cells use for processes. Ribosomes are different from other organelles because they have no membrane around them that separates them from other organelles, they consist of two subunits, and when they are producing certain proteins they can become membrane bound to the endoplasmic reticulum, but they can also be free floating while performing their function.

Ribosome is the correct answer

Ribosome is small granules produce through nucleolus and it is attached to the RER that's why it is not having membrane.

A) Ribosomes are the organelles which lack membrane.

This is evident from the fact that ribosomes are the only organelle which is present in prokaryotes and prokaryotes only have membrane less organelles.

Ribosomes exist as free structures that float throughout the cytoplasm of the cell. They do not have membranes, which allows them to pick up translational RNA released from the nucleus and grab onto free amino acids in order to produce protein chains.

Hope that you have found a correct explanation for that!

Ribosomes are the smallest cell organelles which can be seen only through an electron microscope. They are found in both prokaryotic as well as eukaryotic cells. Ribosomes are dense, round bodies which occur freely in the cytoplasm and may remain attached to the surface of the endoplasmic reticulum. Chemically, ribosomes are made up of ribonucleoprotein (in eukaryotic cells, the constituent of the ribosome is 40% protein and 60% ribosomal RNA). Ribosomes help in the process of protein synthesis. They are, therefore, called as the protein factories of the cell.
