A)Ribosome exist as free structures that float throughout the cytoplasm of the cell. they do not have membranes, which allows them to pick up translational RNA released from the nucleus and grab onto free amino acids in order to produce protein chains

Rooplata Singh answered May 07, 2020
Yes because it is a single celled organism and if it's cell would have membrane it would not be possible for it to take in nitrogen and to convert it into a consumable nitrogen because nitrogen can't pass through membrane

Sanskruti Palande answered May 31, 2020
Ribosomes lack the unit membrane . They are present individually in the cell cytoplasm and make the lining of the rough endoplasmic reticulum. Nucleolus lacks a unit membrane. They have genetic materials in the nucleus which consists of RAN, DNA, proteins etc.

Ribisome lack membrane so somewhere it also not called organelles

Krishna Kumar Bind answered May 17, 2020
Ribosome is small granules produce through nucleolus and it is attached to the RER that's why it is not having membrane.

Gunjan Singh answered 4 days ago
Ribosome do not have membrane so it is able to pick up the translational RNA released from nucleus to form proteins

Nisaram Bost answered Apr 23, 2020
Ribosomes are commonly known as the protein factories of cells and they lack membraneous covering. The ribosomes consist of two subunits; larger subunit and smaller subunit. These subunits join together only at the time of protein synthesis and are composed of ribonucleo proteins(RNP's). Since, ribosomes represent temporary association of two subunits at the time of translation(protein synthesis), they lack membraneous covering.

Suman Kumari answered Mar 02, 2020
Correct answer is option 'A'

Ruby Singh answered May 27, 2020
In cells, thesestructures are referred to as organelles. ... Non-membrane boundorganelles are more solid structures that are not fluid-filled, so they have no need for amembrane. Examples of non-membrane bound organelles are ribosomes, the cell wall, and the cytoskeleton.

Madhu answered Feb 28, 2020

Most Organelles Have Membranes, Ribosomes Do Not

Ribosomes exist as free structures that float throughout the cytoplasm of the cell. They do not have membranes, which allows them to pick up translational RNA released from the nucleus and grab onto free amino acids in order to produce protein chains.

Sonakshi Biswas answered 3 weeks ago

Ribosomes synthesis proteins which are very much important in all living organisms either in prokaryotic or in eukaryotic and as we know prokaryotic cell doesn't have membrane bound organelles so in the start of evolution ribosomes were present in prokaryotic and as they came into eukaryotic but in eukaryotic cell it will not resist without membrane and it get place on the surface of endoplasmic reticulum and didn't evlove so it remains as.
