Normally, when liquids tend to reach their lower fixed point/freezing point they tend to expand which is the opposite of solids. If the bottle was left in the freezer for some time the bottle was going to explode. Water bottles expands because it gets so cold inside.

Shivam Yadav answered May 05, 2020
Because the cold drinks contains carbon dioxide and when we freeze it the co2 gas release after breaking the bottle.

Water has an amazing property, like other substances it contracts when cooled but only up to 4 degree Celsius after that, on further cooling it starts expanding. When it reaches the freezing point water expands nearly 9% whereas the cold drink bottles keeps on contracting. Due to lack of space for the expansion in volume ice, the bottle breaks

The coldrink bottle will break because that bottle is already very cold and if we keep it in a freezer it will burst because of extreme coldness

Osh Gupta answered 3 days ago
The bottle will break because when the bottle get covered with ice it become soft to break.

If we keep cold drink bottle in freezer, the cold drink bottle will break as liquid inside the freezer is subjected to cold temperature due to which the volume of the liquid increases and tends to reach its freezing point. It expands which is totally opposite from the case of solids and due to lack of space inside the bottle, it breaks and liquid comes out of the bottle.
hope it wil help

Nischay Malhotra answered May 06, 2020
This is because when we will kept it into the freezer in bottle their is CO2 so when it become cold the particles are hit with the bottles walls so by this it will brake down

Answer should be (b) Cold drink bottle will break . This is because the carbon dioxide inside is already cold and extreme coldness due to which the bottle may cracked and break.

Ans is option b because cold drink contain co2

Cold drink bottle will break so option B is correct

Option b is correct

Option B is correct because the cold drink bottle is already filled with co² if we keep it in freeze it compressed and it will burst after some time

Sonakshi Biswas answered 2 weeks ago
It is because of the pressure of the carbon di oxide

It is glass and glass has little resistance to extreme cold

Idris Ovaino answered 2 days ago
Heat Energy is an example of this, if an hot water is placed in a glass cup, the heat makes a crack on the bottle just like when it is on a freezer. The liquid turns in to ice which enlargens and tries to break free from the bottle.

Ashish Sharma answered 4 weeks ago
Because cold drinks contain co2 it will break down
