Condition 1 states that some newspapers are novels, which only implies that the intersection of newspapers and novels is not a null set. It could mean that only 1 newspaper is a novel, it could also mean that all newspapers are novels. Due to this, we cannot safely assume that some newspapers are not novels, and therefore, that some newspapers are not made of paper. Thus, option B does not follow. Rest assured, it won't so happen that there are multiple correct answers and no satisfactory option. If you do find it to be that way, maybe you're going wrong somewhere ;)

try to find the perfect logic from the two statements.
we can sure shot derive that some newspaper is made of paper as the novel is made of paper
but for B you cannot surely derive that as maybe all newspaper is made of paper. there is no specific clarity

they always give (both of them) as an option if it is possible
