The place in India receiving the lowest rainfall is Leh. The average annual precipitation in these regions is less than 50 cms.But Ruyli located in Jaisalmer district of rajasthan is known to receive the lowest amount of rainfall measuring only 8.3 cms annually.and ladakh is in shadow rain Side.
