no. of men who are atmost 25 is 72000 ie 60 % of the men
so total men are 120000 and men more than 25 are 48000.
then 50% of 48000 are married ie 24000
and 60%of those(48000) are having atleast 1 kid
that means 40%of those do not have any kids
so 40% of 24000 is 9600
