Yes, correct answer is option A because as we all know among the 4 quadrants, in the 1st quadrant there lies (+ve,+ve) ; while in the 2nd there lies (+ve,-ve). Since we know that x-axis is always considered 1st doesn't matter it's +ve or -ve, x-axis has to be considered 1st and since in the 1st two quadrants x-axis is +ve, hence option A is correct.
