2007 → {(35-25)/25 x 100}% = (10x100 / 25)% = 40%
2008 → No change, i.e. 0%
2007 → {(40-35)/35 x 100}% = ((5/35) x100)% = 100/7% = 14.3%
2010 → {(50-40)/40 x 100}% = (10/40)x100)% = 25%
So, it is maximum in 2007.
