Milk has B12 Vitamin and also protein,that helps keep body's blood and nerve cells healthy and helps make DNA, the genetic material in all cells,help in growth and development of body.So,By not drinking milk, the consequences can be...There would be no growth in height,health,good eyesight and many other problems.
Disadvantages ::
Milk is good and should be consumed frequently if needed.. but there are also disadvantages of drinking milk that is,it's not sometimes good for growing teenagers /children and young adults as it cause many allergies. Also,it causes several people,the irritating acne on face and also lactose intolerance.
