The forces involved in Newton's laws of motion are:

1. Inertia: This is the tendency of an object to resist changes in its state of motion. According to Newton's first law of motion, an object at rest will remain at rest, and an object in motion will continue moving at a constant velocity, unless acted upon by an external force.

2. Force: Force is a push or pull that can cause an object to accelerate or change its state of motion. According to Newton's second law of motion, the acceleration of an object is directly proportional to the net force acting on it and inversely proportional to its mass. This is expressed by the equation F = ma, where F is the force applied, m is the mass of the object, and a is its acceleration.

3. Action and Reaction: According to Newton's third law of motion, for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. This means that whenever an object exerts a force on another object, the second object exerts an equal and opposite force back on the first object.

These forces play a crucial role in understanding and explaining the motion of objects in various scenarios, from simple everyday situations to complex phenomena in physics and engineering.
