See when loan pair containing compound present near the carbocation then they react and form double bond...and become very stable . now we can see the in option A and C loan pair containing compound in closer to carbocation, but in option A there is 3 degree carbocation and hecne have more no. of hyperconjgable hydrogen hence it will come first....then option C will come second.. .. and then option second will come because of having 2 degree carbocation...and then option 4

Carbocation is resonance stabilized when it is adjacent to an oxygen atom.
 
Therefore, 1 and 3 are more stable than 2 and 4 and among 1 and 3 1 is more stable due to +I effect of -CH3 also.
Stability of hydrocarbons increase in the order of primary,secondary and then tertiary. Therefore 2 is more stable than 4.

carbo cation is stabilized well in resonance with oxy gen in 1 and 3 . Stability of hydrocarbons increase in the order of primary,secondary and then tertiary,through extended 1s orbital overlapping with carbon having positive charge.

1 . that is tertiary carbocation which is most stable2. then stability comes for secondary3.it is also secondary but oxygen thats an electronegative group is stabilizing the positive charge so it comes before 24. primary carbocations are least stable
