It is not necessary that physical changes would always be reversible and chemical changes would always be irreversible. Physical changes are generally reversible while chemical changes are generally irreversible. However, there are also physical changes that are irreversible. For example breaking of glass, cutting of fruits, cutting of a log of tree into smaller logs are all examples of physical changes that are irreversible. 
Moreover there are certain chemical reactions like esterification which are reversible in nature. You will study more about esterification in higher grades.

Chemical changes mostly be irreversible because take a example : if we put a spoon of curd in a milk it turns into a curd because of bacteria . this is a chemical change.then again we cannot bring the curd into milk .

Because with chemical change, a material transform into a different substance. You cannot unbake a cake or unburn wood.
