NO2 shows negative inductive effect although OH- group also shows same effect but lesser than NO2 group where's as CH3- shows positive inductive effect as negative inductive effect stabilise negative chare so effect of NO2 on meta position on benzene is most than para ..and then phenolic group and last come methyl group...os given answer follows the respective order
