33.we can write 999 bases as = 900+99.bases .when 999 bases codes for 333 amino acids...then it means 3 amino acids codes for I base (I.e 999/333=3)..when 901 is deleted, then changes occur in last 99 bases only .....but not in first 900. .as 3 codes for I base ..I.e=99/3=33....
