Why isentropic expenson is used in reverse brayton cycle at the place of isenthelpic expenson?

In case of VCRS,isenthalpic expansion using throttling device like capillary tube is done after the constant pressure heat rejection in condenser.saturated liquid refrigerant is the outlet of condenser and inlet of expander.Because specific volume of liquid is very much lesser than that of vapours,expansion work will be very low[dw=-v(p2-p1)] reversible.This expansion work which is isentropic will not justift the cause of expansion as expansion work becomes lower than friction work. So throttling process is done in case of vcrs.

But in case of air refrigeration cycle.specific volume of air is higher which gives higer expansion work and overcome the friction work and gives net expansion work to system.
