Solution:

The electric field due to a point charge is given by the equation:

E = kq/r^2

Substituting the given values, we get:

630 = (9 x 10^9) q/(6^2)

Simplifying the above equation, we get:

q = (630 x 6^2)/(9 x 10^9)

q = 2.52 x 10^-6 C


Therefore, the magnitude of the charge is 2.52 x 10^-6 C.
