Whether you’re starting out as a solopreneur or managing a large team there are only so many hours in the day to get things done.
Luckily ChatGPT can help you to better manage your time and get as much out of your day as possible.

Example Prompt: I will give you a list of tasks that I need to complete and I would like you to put these into a timetable for the day. My day will start at 6:30am and will end at 7pm.
Tasks: Writing a blog, walking my dog, scheduling my social media posts, updating my website code, learning japanese, going to the gym, eating breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Domain Name Generator

Loads of people get stuck when it comes to choosing a domain name for their first product or website.
ChatGPT can help you overcome that domain name block by coming up with a list of names that you can select from or which might give you some inspiration and get you back to running your business instead of spending hours choosing a name.

Example Prompt: Act as a domain name generator. I'll tell you the name of my company and product and you will provide a list of domain names. Reply with the list of domain names and nothing else. The domain names should be 10 letters maximum. The domain names should include SEO keywords for the product or business where possible. The domain names should end in .com.

To grow any business you’re going to need an audience.
Blogging or posting on socials is one of the best ways to do this and copywriting is one of the best ways to use chatGPT that will save you time.
But people often struggle with generic responses that aren’t original or specific to their audience. So here’s how I use ChatGPT for speeding up content creation.

Example Prompt: Topic: [How to Cope With Academic Burnout?]
Keywords: [how to deal with burnout, study burnout, burnout symptoms, work burnout]
Brainstorm 10 H2 headings for sections of a blog post on the above topic. Each heading should include the keywords listed above. The headings should grab the reader's attention and be short and readable.
The headings should be questions that the audience might search for.

Product Sales Page

To sell anything you’re going to need an irresistible offer and a sales page.
But writing sales copy can take ages.
You can prompt ChatGPT to come up with relevant copy. By being specific you can optimise this for SEO and follow a structure like problem, agitate and solution to explain why your product is needed.

Example prompt: Product: An AI-Powered To-Do List In Excel
Audience: 18-40 age interested in self-improvement and productivity
Write a sales landing page description for the above product. Keep the language simple and readable and aimed at solving the problems of the target audience listed above. Structure the text with a main H1 title and then 3 H2 sub-titles explaining the problem the audience is facing and then the benefits and features of the product.

Act As A Reviewer

Content is king for business and people appreciate reviews and comparisons of products they are considering buying.
Asking ChatGPT to act as a reviewer for things in your niche can help you quickly generate blog post ideas or youtube breakdowns that are useful to your audience and keep them engaged with your brand.

Example prompt: Product: Steam Deck
I want you to act as a tech reviewer for the above product.
I will give you the name of a piece of technology and you will provide an in-depth review. The review should include features, pros and cons, comparison to similar products, price comparison and a score out of ten.

Marketing Consultant

Whether you are trying to build out a go to market plan for your own business or you are helping a client with their own sales and marketing ChatGPT can save you a tonne of time by brainstorming routes to market and even creating a formal marketing document you can then build on.

Example prompt: Act as a marketing consultant. Please provide a marketing plan for a new learning app aimed at K12 schools.
Breakdown in detail how to go from 0 to the first 1 million users using app marketing strategies. Be as detailed as possible and use examples of emails and sequences.

Act as a web design consultant

If you are creating your own website or one for a client putting together a web design strategy is key to creating a page that converts.
ChatGPT can help you to consolidate ideas and best practices and create design documentation to guide your team or an eternal client.

Example prompt: Act as a web design consultant. I will provide the details about a client and what they want from their website redesign. You should suggest the most suitable interface and features that can enhance the user experience and meet the client's business goals. Use your knowledge of UX design principles, coding and website development tools to suggest a project plan for the website redesign.

BONUS: Recipe Creator

Okay here’s a little bonus prompt which I just love.
It’s great because you can use ChatGPT to create recipes which you can try yourself and stay energised as an entrepreneur but you can also create lots of these recipes and put together a done for you nutrition and recipe business for your niche by moving the recipes and instructions into something like Canva and then selling a digital version on gumroad or a physical book on etsy or amazon.
Ever wanted to write your own recipe book. Well if you use this prompt and the previous tips in this video you’ll be able to.

Example prompt:
Recipe: High protein, low carb strawberry cheesecake
Give me the recipe and instructions to make the food above.
Give the calories and macros of each ingredient and the final food.

BONUS: Write code for marketing widgets

Here’s another bonus prompt which I’ve used a lot for effective marketing.
You can use ChatGPT to actually write the code for helpful free tools that your audience will value.
For example you could create a simple chrome extension that saves recipes to a google sheet or how about a quick html tool that tells people the time in another country?

Example prompts: Write the code for a simple html application where the user can enter a topic they are studying and then the code outputs a study timetable for the week following a spaced repetition schedule. The timetable should have 5 days of the week as columns and then time from 7am to 7pm as rows. The cells should then contain parts of the topic broken down into chunks. Please include breaks for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as exercise and mindfulness.
