Evaporation
Evaporation is when you change liquid to gas. Evaporation is used when you want to separate solid substances to liquid easily.
An example is salt and water

Instructions on how to separate salt and water
Things needed: Bunsen burner, Tripod stand,Wire Gauze, Evaporating Dish
Procedure
A)Pour the salt solution into the Evaporating Dish
B) The mixture is getting heated slowly
C)As the mixture is boiling, the water starts Evaporating it leaves the salt behind

Observation
