Mr Raven, flattered by these words, opened his beak to sing, and the food fell down. Reynard quickly grabbed the food and laughed at Mr Raven. Mr Raven felt ashamed and realized that he should not have been so proud. From that day on, Mr Raven became wiser and did not fall for flattery again.
