1956

1) Penalty was upto five thousand 
rupees for every day during which the 
default continues.

Minimum : 1,00,000(one lakh rupee) 
Maximum : 10,00,000(ten lakh rupees )
every officer of the company who is in 
default shall be punishable with

extend to six months or with fine which 
shall not be less than twenty-five 
thousand rupees but which may extend 
to one lakh rupees, or with both
