Most grasslands are found in temperate areas where it's windy, grassy,
and a little dry.
These regions cover about one-fourth of the Earth’s land.
Grasslands are usually located between forests and deserts.
The land is mostly covered with tall grasses, with very few trees or
shrubs.
Trees are mostly found along the rivers in grasslands.
