Bounce the ball with one hand and 
catch it with the other hand. The 
path of the ball from one hand to 
the other should be V shaped. 
Follow the complete path of the ball 
with your eyes. Repeat this exercise by 
alternating the bouncing and catching 
hands. 
Take a small ball.

other in an inverted U shape. Follow the 
ball with your eyes. Repeat this 
exercise by alternating the tossing and 
catching hand.

Step 3: Jumble up the selected words and prepare a quiz. The quiz 
can be fill in the blanks with missing letter or match the following or 
a crossword puzzle with the words, or simply the jumbled up words. 
Give an interesting title to the puzzle. Give instructions about solving 
the puzzle. Enter the puzzle in the computer using text editor. Save 
and Print the puzzle. Exchange the puzzles between groups and solve 
them.Exchange the puzzles with other groups and give them the quiz.
