6. Read the passage given below and answer the questions that follow:

1. The so-called modern man is the most restless, unsatisfied and partially mad. Everybody is mad in this world, there is only the difference of degrees. Someone is mad at 5 degrees, the other at 80 degrees and the man who could not face the problems of modern life style becomes fully mad at 100 degrees. We are varied mind set people. The nature of mind is like a loafer, it is not at its centre. When mind settles down, we become silent, we become relaxed and we enjoy the present moment of life.

2. We the modern people have completely exhausted our nervous system by using too much of it. So everybody has become irritable, angry and confused. This is the result of over use of our mind, we are not using body but brain. There is blind race how to collect too much money, how to go on the top, how to be successful in this world. This race ends into defeat. Too many expectations lead to frustration.

3. Just from childhood, parents start encouraging their children to be more ambitious, to be more competitive and to get more marks in the exams. We expect our children to be the best doctors, to be the best engineers and to be the best business men.
