**Ques 1: 624 students of a school have to walk behind a group of 32 teachers of a school in a march-against corruption. The two groups are to march in the same number of columns.****(i) What is the maximum number of columns in which they can march?(ii) Which concept of mathematics is used in the above problem?(iii) By marching out against corruption which value is depicted by the students and teachers of the school?**

Total number of teachers = 32

HCF of 624 and 32 gives the maximum number of columns such that the two groups can march in the same number of columns.

âˆ´ Using Euclidâ€™s Division Lemma to 624 and 32, we get

Time taken by Ram to complete a round = 18 minutes

The LCM of 24 and 18 gives the exact-number of minutes after which they meet at the starting point again.

24 = 2 Ã— 2 Ã— 2 Ã— 3

18 = 2 Ã— 3 Ã— 3

âˆ´ LCM of 24 and 18 = 2 Ã— 2 Ã— 2 Ã— 3 Ã— 3 = 72

â‡’ They will meet again at the starting point-after 72 minutes.
