Subject- Want transfer to my native place

Sir,

I am Rekha, working in Bandhan Cooperative Society for the last seven years. I would like to convey my request to approve my transfer letter from Kolkata head office to my native place Asansol. I don’t want to discontinue the service as I have had an excellent experience here.
There are some personal reasons for the transfer letter. Nowadays the health of my mother is not well, she needs proper care as I am the single child of my mother. It is my utmost responsibility to take care of her health. In the last seven years you have seen my hardwork and dedication towards every task assigned by you. And I am very keen to contribute my coming years to the growth of the company.
I would be extremely happy if you approve my transfer and I am eagerly waiting for your response. Please consider my letter. I shall be really very grateful to you.

Yours sincerely
Rekha Chopra

Subject: Request for Transfer to Native Place

Dear [Department Head's Name],

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to kindly request a transfer to my native place within the [Department Name] of [Company/Organization Name]. I have been working diligently in my current position for [number of years/months] and believe that a transfer to my native place would greatly benefit both my personal and professional life.

I have thoroughly considered the following reasons for my request:

1. Family Support: Moving to my native place will provide me with the much-needed support of my family, especially during these challenging times. Being closer to my loved ones will help improve my mental well-being and overall job satisfaction.

2. Better Work-Life Balance: Living in my native place will enable me to achieve a better work-life balance. I will have more time to engage in community activities, pursue hobbies, and spend quality time with my family, leading to increased productivity and job satisfaction.

3. Local Expertise: Being native to the area, I possess a deep understanding of the local culture, language, and customs. This knowledge can be valuable in serving our clients/customers from that region, enhancing customer satisfaction and strengthening our business relationships.

4. Cost Savings: Relocating to my native place would result in significant cost savings for both me and the company. I would no longer require a company-provided accommodation and could potentially contribute more effectively to the organization's goals.

5. Enhanced Motivation: The prospect of working in my native place, amidst familiar surroundings and a supportive community, will undoubtedly enhance my motivation and dedication towards my role. This, in turn, will positively impact my performance and contribution to the department.

I understand that my transfer request will be subject to the department's operational requirements and the availability of suitable positions. I assure you that I will make a smooth transition and continue to perform my duties diligently in the new location.

Thank you for considering my request. I am more than willing to discuss this further and provide any additional information if required. I genuinely believe that a transfer to my native place will be mutually beneficial for both me and the organization. Please let me know if there are any specific procedures or documentation I need to complete to facilitate this process.

I look forward to a favorable response.

Sincerely,
