Sir/Madam

This is to bring to your notice that I, Ashish Chanchal, have taken an insurance policy for my car (Number- xx22) from your company almost three years back. My policy number is 9945xx. Unfortunately, I met with an accident yesterday, I was driving very carefully but abruptly, a truck hit my car from the back side. As a result, the back portion of the car was badly damaged.
When the incident occurred, I contacted one of your employees. I have also submitted all the necessary documents, which he had, as he assured me that according to the whole incident, I am able to get the claim. Although it has been almost one week since I last wrote, I did not get any further reply from your side.
I need money to repair my car. It is my humble request to you to look into this matter as soon as possible. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
