Subject: Asking for leave to attend PG classes.

Sir,

I am Kamla, your employee writing this letter to request you to grant me leave to attend my PG classes. Actually, this is my final year and exams are around the corner due to this college authorities have decided to resume offline classes after the pandemic.

It is really important for me to attend the classes as I want to score good marks in my academics which will further help me to strengthen my CV that ultimately leads to my career growth. I have completed all the previous tasks and assignments given by you before the due date.
I won’t be able to work from 10th October to 20th October, and will resume my work from 21st October. Please consider my letter and approve the same for the prescribed period. I shall be really very grateful to you.

Thank You

Yours Sincerely

Kamla Gupta
