Subject- Complaint regarding atrocities against women in my locality

Sir,

I am constrained to draw your attention to the highly unpleasant and cruel act happening against women in my society. Most of the time it turned into physical violence and injury.
Women in my area are not safe, cases of atrocities like bride burning, dowry death, femicide, and infanticide are most common. Because of the rare sight of the police, crimes like these are faced by one in three women in my locality. Women keep their mouths mum in order to keep the family together and always tolerate violence. But not anymore, many people from our locality have raised complaints but no further action has been taken.
It is my humble request to take strict action against these cruel people living freely in the locality. And to combat violence and other abuses against women, police must focus on the safety of women.
