I have observed that visitors etch graffiti on these precious monuments and litter the surrounding areas. This irresponsible behaviour shows complete disrespect for our heritage and creates disgust among other tourists. It reflects poorly on our society and our lack of pride in our own history.

I suggest that strict measures be taken immediately. Authorities should impose heavy fines on violators and conduct awareness campaigns educating visitors about heritage preservation. Clear signboards with instructions should be installed, and single-use plastics banned near monuments. Regular monitoring would also help.

The type of food we consume significantly impacts our health and well-being. Natural food and processed food differ vastly in their nutritional composition and health effects. Natural food is high in fibre and contains healthy nutrients and fats with low sodium content. It helps regulate blood sugar and blood pressure while providing essential nutrients to the body. 

In contrast, processed food is loaded with high sugar, unhealthy nutrients, and unhealthy fats with high sodium levels. While natural food may sometimes taste bland, it nourishes our body effectively and prevents lifestyle diseases. On the other hand, processed food is tasty, ready to eat, and often addictive, making it convenient but harmful. 

The appeal and convenience of processed food come at the cost of our health. Therefore, choosing natural food over processed alternatives is essential for maintaining long-term health and overall well-being.

Additionally, it helps in community building with shared interests. However, the negative impacts are equally significant and concerning. Social media adversely affects self-esteem as teenagers constantly compare themselves with others' curated online personas. Cyber bullying has emerged as a serious issue, causing emotional trauma to many young users. Privacy intrusion is another major concern, with personal information being vulnerable to misuse.
