Q. You are Smita Parihar. Write a letter to your younger sister who lives in another city on the need to be organised in order to lead a disciplined life.

Ans.

A-57, Jaydeep Colony
 Madhya Pradesh
 3rd April, 20XX

Dear Shweta

I received your letter yesterday in which you have mentioned that you are finding it very difficult to cope with the various activities in your school. Well, dearest sister, I have been through it all and from experience I can tell you that with a little bit of planning and order in life things can get a lot better!
Take down notes in class, write down homework to be done and when it is to be submitted, use your organiser so that you have everything at one place. That cuts down on last minute confusion and hasty and shoddy work.
Fix a time slot for study as well as outdoor play and stick to it as it is very important for you to indulge in physical activity of some kind. It will help you relax both physically and mentally after a tiring day.
Keep your things in order so that you don’t waste time looking for them. Spend time with your friends but limit the time spent as it cuts into everything else.
If you keep a self-check on everything, you will be able to enjoy all the activities that your school has to offer to you.
Did you read the book I had given you last time you were here? Have fun.

Your loving sister
 Smita Parihar
