a) Molar mass of CO2 = 12 + 2 x 16 = 12 + 32 = 44 g mol-1
5 moles of CO2 have mass = 44 x 5 = 220 g
Similarly, molar mass of H2O = 2x 1 + 16 = 18 g mol-1
