Tips to Ace Questions in Physics For NEET Section

1. Read

You are initially suggested to analyse the class 11 and 12 NEET physics syllabus thoroughly and plan a suitable preparation strategy. These questions cannot be solved by merely mugging up facts. To get them right, you need to apply the core knowledge you have learnt about the subject.
One way to assess your knowledge is to start practising the questions; first-hand practice will help you cover the basics.  You can access practice documents for all the topics of physics here to understand the type of questions being asked in the NEET exam. We also recommend solving questions of HC Verma, DC Pandey & Irodov to sharpen your NEET preparation for Physics & if you get stuck while solving the questions, you can access the solutions of these famous books HC Verma, DC Pandey and Irodov from these courses of EduRev.
Start reading the concepts and keep in touch with your fundamentals of Physics by reading notes(for class 11 & class 12) prepared by teachers, who've been teaching NEET aspirants for 10+ years.
Once you have completed the basic preparation levels, attempting tests planned level-wise will help you sharpen concepts and increase speed. You can try them here - level-wise tests.
Our team of experts have prepared these level-wise tests by referring to books like NCERT, HC Verma, IE Irodov, DC Pandey etc., to give you the best possible experience of attempting these tests. Our medium level tests replicate the level of majority NEET questions, and hard level questions are generally present for you to be competitive for a more challenging NEET exam.

2. Revision

The probability of success increases with the revision of concepts. There is no topper of NEET who aced the exam without revising the concepts. Physics class 11 and physics class 12 courses, each have 200+ tests with 5-10 tests for each chapter, prepared just for you so that you can revise and master each and every topic and be confident in your preparation.  We also recommend you to attempt the cumulative subject-wise mock tests in the Mock Test series course of EduRev; this will give you an idea of how the final physics section would look.

We at EduRev believe in making your preparation easier. Hence, we worked on all the important books and created revision notes for you. You can access all those documents under the NEET Revision Notes course on EduRev.
In case you feel the necessity of revising through videos, you can access the best videos that can help you with the course’s conceptual understanding.

3. Practice Mock Tests and Previous Year Papers

"My suggestion to the future aspirants is to first study from the NCERT books and complete the syllabus for all the subjects. After that, for physics, just study from one good book but solve a lot of multiple-choice questions. At no point in time one should feel dejected or demotivated if they have not scored well. Take failure as a stepping stone towards success." - Guthi Chaitanya Sindhu Sindhu AIR 6, NEET 2020

NEET Mock Tests are crucial as the test acquaints the candidates with the real exam scenario and helps in analysing the preparation level. The past year papers are beneficial to analyse the paper pattern and level of difficulty of questions.
The sureshot way to attain confidence is to attempt as many mock tests for NEET as you can.  As an aspirant, you might consider giving exams for other colleges as well. Though their syllabus is almost the same, the actual exam pattern is really different.
So, we've created a different mock test series for all these exams. Check out the links below to access the mock test series:
AFMC Mock Test Series

JIPMER Mock Test Series
