Sir,

I am Tinku, writing to you in order to create awareness among the public to follow covid-19 protocols. We have to take the danger of the coronavirus seriously. One of the ways to protect against and combat this deadly contagious disease is wearing masks.
People must be encouraged to wash hands frequently, use antiseptics to clean household items, wear masks in public places, avoid meeting people with colds and coughs, observe physical distance, avoid crowded places, and stay home as much as possible. Different public awareness campaigns should be launched by the government, and also provide masks and awareness messages about COVID-19 virus. They also use video messages on health and hygiene that have proved effective with poor and mostly illiterate communities.
We need to ensure that all the people, irrespective of their age, whether vaccinated or not, must follow the covid-19 protocols. I request you to highlight the importance in your newspaper column.
