Ans:
Receiving positive feedback makes me feel appreciated and motivated. It boosts my confidence and encourages me to continue putting in my best effort. It’s always nice to know that your hard work is being recognized.

Q2: Do you think positive feedback is important in the workplace or school?
Ans:
Yes, positive feedback is crucial in both the workplace and school. It helps individuals understand what they’re doing right, which reinforces good behavior and improves performance. It also boosts morale and encourages people to keep working hard.

Q3: How do you think feedback can help you improve your work?
Ans:
Feedback, whether positive or constructive, helps me understand my strengths and areas for improvement. When I receive positive feedback, I know I’m on the right track, and I can focus on maintaining that level of performance. Constructive feedback helps me identify weaknesses and work on them to improve my skills.

Q4: Do you think people in your country receive enough feedback for the work they do?
Ans:
In some areas, yes, but in others, there is a lack of constructive feedback. While people may receive praise for their work, detailed feedback on how to improve is sometimes overlooked. I believe that providing more feedback would help individuals grow professionally and personally, leading to higher productivity and better results.
