गणतंत्र दिवस
हर भारतवासी के लिए 26 जनवरी का दिन बेहद महत्वपूर्ण है। हर वर्ष बड़े उत्साह के साथ इस दिन को मनाते हैं | इसे गणतंत्र दिवस के तौर मनाया जाता है। यह भारत का एक राष्ट्रीय पर्व है।
क्यों मनाया जाता है ?
- क्योंकि देश आजाद होने के बाद इसी दिन भारत पूर्ण गणतंत्रिक देश बना। यानी देशवासियों के लिए एक संविधान लागू हुआ जिससे भारत में कानून का राज कायम हुआ, जनता को मौलिक अधिकार प्राप्त हुए।
- इसलिए यह दिन हर देशवासियों के लिए खास है। इस दिन राष्ट्रपति तिरंगा फहराते हैं और 21 तोपों की सलामी दी जाती है। सामूहिक रूप में खड़े होकर राष्ट्रगान गाया जाता है।
26 जनवरी को ही क्यों मनाया जाता है ?
- ये जानने के लिए हमें इतिहास में झांकना होगा | वर्ष 1929 के दिसंबर महीने में लाहौर में भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस का अधिवेशन हुआ। इसकी अध्यक्षता पंडित जवाहरलाल नेहरू कर रहे थे।
- इस अधिवेशन में प्रस्ताव पास हुआ कि अगर अंग्रेजी हुकूमत 26 जनवरी 1930 तक भारत को डोमिनियन का पद नहीं देता है तो भारत खुद को पूरी तरह से स्वतंत्र घोषित कर देगा।
- इसके बावजूद 26 जनवरी 1930 तक जब अंग्रेज सरकार ने कुछ नहीं दिया तब कांग्रेस ने उस दिन भारत की पूर्ण स्वतंत्रता के निश्चय की घोषणा की और अपना सक्रिय आंदोलन शुरू किया।
- इस दिन जवाहर लाल नेहरु ने लाहौर में रावी नदी के किनारे तिरंगा फहराया। इसके बाद से भारत ने 26 जनवरी 1930 को स्वतंत्रता दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाने लगा |
- और जब 1947 में देश आजाद हुआ 15 अगस्त को भारत के स्वतंत्रता दिवस के रूप में स्वीकार किया गया।
- हमारा संविधान 26 नवंबर 1949 तक तैयार हो गया था। उस दिन (26 नवंबर ) अब भी संविधान दिवस मनाया जाता है |
- परंतु 26 जनवरी का दिन पहले से ही महत्वपूर्ण था तो 26 जनवरी 1950 को संविधान लागू किया गया और इस दिन को तब से गणतंत्र दिवस के रुप में मनाया जाता है।
