Round 2 : Interview Rounds

When you will clear the first round of IBM recruitment process i.e, Written round  you will get mail regarding you Next Round confirmation and which is Interview Round. Interview Round is divided into 2 parts:

1. Technical Interview

  • When You will clear the Online Test of IBM then you will be able to give this technical round.
  • In Interview the main focus will be around your CV. Don’t write anything on your CV which you don’t know. It will reflect negative Impact on the Interviewer.
  • Interviewer will just put Technical questions and questions from your Last year project.
  • The candidate who
  • When you will clear written round can expect questions from their academic subject. Candidate should have command in subjects like DBMS ,Data structures, algorithms, Operating System, Networking, OOPs concepts and a programming language in which you think you are good in.

  • What is the difference between Java and C++?

2. HR Interview

  • This is the most important Round,This is judgement round whether you got selected in IBM or not.
  • In IBM HR Round ,the will judge your strength,weakness,Personality everything.
  • You just have to be Confident in HR Round because Confidence matters alot in HR Interview.
  • Prepare your Resume well.

IBM Selection Criteria 2023

  • There should be 1 year maximum education gap. More than 1 year education gap is not allowed.
  • There should be no backlog at the time of selection process.
  • Year of Passing:- 2023
  • Candidate who have participated in interview process of IBM in the last 6 months are not eligible in IBM recruitment process.
  • Candidate must have 60% above in Xth and  XIIth .
  • Candidate Must have 65% above in Graduation.
  • Compensation(M.tech):-INR 4.65 Lakh Per Annum+ One Setting allowance of INR 25000
  • Compensation(B.tech):-INR 4.65 Lakh Per Annum+ One Setting allowance of INR 25000

Document needed for IBM Recruitment Process 

  • IBM asks students to upload the following documents in their portal before the final round of selection. The documents required for IBM recruitment process are as follows.
    • Resume
    • Government ID Proof with correct Name and Complete Date of Birth i.e., DD/MM/YYYY (as in Aadhar/ PAN Card / Passport / Drivers License / Voters ID)
    • Marksheets
  • 10, 12, Diploma mark-sheets and certificates
  • UG & PG mark-sheets & certificates(as applicable) until the semester completed (in case of internet copies of the last semesters – please ensure to get the same attested prior to uploading it on the portal)
  • Work Experience documents if any. The documents to be provided include Offer letter and Service/Experience letter.
