(v) At a vegetable shop the shopkeeper sells the tomato at 15.60 rupees per kg find the price of 13 kg of tomato.
Ans.
13X15.6=Rs 202.8 have to pay for the 13kg vegetable.

(vi) A shopkeeper sells 11 rupees for 3 pens. What is the price of 1 pen?
Ans.
Price of one pen is (11/3) =Rs 3.67

Q8: At a vegetable shop the shopkeeper sells the tomato at 23.60 rupees per kg find the price of 19 kg of tomato.
Ans.
Rs (19X23.6) = Rs448.4 for 19kg of tomato

Q9: A shopkeeper sells 17 rupees for 9 pens. What is the price of 1 pen?
Ans.
Price of one pen is (17/9) =Rs 1.89

Q10: Nidhi bought a dress worth rupees 4500 and a pair of shoe worth rupees 390.50. How much she spent altogether?
Ans.
(4500 + 390.5) = Rs 4890.5 has to be spent by Nidhi all together.

Q11: Ram bought 3 kg of apples worth rupees 56.70 per kg and 7 kg of strawberry worth rupees 189.90 per kg. How much he spent?
Ans.
(3X56.7 + 7X189.9) = Rs1499.4 has to be spent.

Q12: Shuresh spent 1560.70 rupees on 6 kg of wheat. What is the price of of 1 kg of wheat?
Ans.
Price of 1 kg of wheat = Rs (1560.7/6)=Rs260.12
