What are Good Manners?
Good manners are polite ways to show that we care about other people. When we have good manners, we make others happy, and we feel good too!
1. Be a Friend
- Saying "hello" to classmates.
- Sharing toys during playtime.
- Playing together and taking turns.
Children, please repeat: "Let's play together!"
2. Speak Softly
- Using a quiet voice inside.
- Saying "please" and "thank you."
- Asking for things nicely.
Children, please repeat: "Could you please pass the crayons?"
3. Help Others
- Helping a friend who has fallen.
- Picking up things for others.
- Holding the door open.
Children, please repeat: "Can I help you with that?"
4. Follow Rules
- Listening to the teacher.
- Standing in line without pushing.
- Waiting for your turn.

5. Clean Up
- Putting toys back after playing.

Examples

- If you see someone carrying too many things, you can help them by holding the door. That's helping others and it's very polite!
- When you play a game, you follow the rules of the game so that everyone can have fun. That's following rules!
- After drawing, you put all your pencils and paper back in the box. That's cleaning up!
- When someone does something nice for you, you say "thank you" with a big smile. That's being kind!

What are Etiquettes?
Etiquettes are a set of rules we follow to be polite and show respect to others. When we use good etiquette, everyone feels comfortable and happy.
1. Greeting Others

2. Table Manners
- Washing hands before eating.
