Q1: How did the fly find his name?
Ans: The little fly could not remember his name. He asked many friends - the ant, the tree, the cow, the grass and even a leaf. When the wind blew, the leaf flew away and the fly saw it moving. Seeing the leaf fly made him remember his name. He shouted, "Fly!" and felt very happy.


Q2: If you forget your name, whom would you ask?
Ans: If I forget my name, I would ask my family or my friends. They would tell me my name kindly so I could remember it.


A. Your teacher will take you to the school garden/ground/ classroom. Sit down under a tree. Close your eyes. Sit quietly and listen. What do you hear? Can you recognise the sounds? Discuss with your teacher and your classmates.
Ans: When I sit under a tree and close my eyes, I hear many sounds. I can hear leaves rustling, birds chirping, insects buzzing, footsteps, faraway voices and the wind blowing. These sounds help me feel calm and notice nature around me.
