Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple is situated in a forest, 3 kilometers away from Chukkapur Village, Machareddy mandal in Kamareddy district. The temple attracts a large number of visitors during the summer and winter seasons who come to worship and seek the fulfillment of their desires from the deity.

The temple was constructed over 400 years ago during the rule of the Chola dynasty. Every year, a celebration known as Narasimha Swamy Kalyanosthavam takes place in the month of Vaishaka, drawing people from all over northern Telangana to participate in the festivities.
