Sol: Length from B to C = 3,080  - (720 + 1,120)

Boundary of garden R = 10 m + 10 m + 10 m + 10 m = 40 m 
Boundary of garden S = 13 m + 10 m + 11 m + 12 m = 46 m 
The gardens can be arranged in increasing order of their boundaries as R < Q < P < S
